Furikake Salmon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. preheat oven to 375f
  2. in a small dish mix the mayo and wasabi together (the ratio is for every tbsp mayo add 1 tsp wasabi unless you want it hotter)
  3. rinse and dry the salmon and lay on a large baking sheet
  4. cover filet in the mayo mixture to cover all surfaces (not the bottom)
  5. sprinkle furikake to cover the entire mayo mixture surface
  6. bake at 375f for 20 minutes (i recommend checking with a food probe to get an internal temperature of 125 to 145 depending on preference)
  7. allow the fish to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving
