Ingredients:
- 1 large salmon filet
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp wasabi
- (enough to cover entire salmon) nori komi furikake https://www.amazon.com/Nori-Fume-Furikake-Rice-Seasoning/dp/B00290NPTM
Directions:
- preheat oven to 375f
- in a small dish mix the mayo and wasabi together (the ratio is for every tbsp mayo add 1 tsp wasabi unless you want it hotter)
- rinse and dry the salmon and lay on a large baking sheet
- cover filet in the mayo mixture to cover all surfaces (not the bottom)
- sprinkle furikake to cover the entire mayo mixture surface
- bake at 375f for 20 minutes (i recommend checking with a food probe to get an internal temperature of 125 to 145 depending on preference)
- allow the fish to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving
